Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Shipping Information
CGC Edition Comics – Please allow approximately 3–4 months for delivery. This time frame accounts for the professional grading process at CGC Headquarters in Florida.
Raw Comic Preorders – Ship within 2–3 months after the preorder closes.
Note: During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.
Order Tracking
Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your delivery details and tracking information via our eCommerce platform.
Damaged Artwork
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a hassle-free replacement process:

Take clear digital photos of the damaged product and, if applicable, the damaged shipping container.

Email the photos to sales@victorgarduno.com, including your Order Number, Full Name, and a brief description of the damage.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours that your replacement is being processed.

If your claim is approved, you will not need to return the damaged item. We will ship your replacement automatically.
