SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you don't love it, return it. Victor Garduno Art is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (30) days and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Orders older than 30 days from time of purchase do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Victor Garduno Art does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
To return your merchandise, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME.
Framed Canvas Prints are not available for shipping outside the US. The Museum Rag Art and Infinity Gloss Prints are available for worldwide shipping.
We ship standard postage using USPS. Please allow 5-8 days to ship out due to high demand, and most of our editions are hand built / assembled after purchase. Feel free to contact us to check on the status of your order.
Please note that during holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your artwork ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes delivery expectations by our eCommerce platform. Please allow 1-10 days to receive your tracking link to check your order status. Most prints are made on order.
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
- Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
- If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.
